So, without further ado, we are proud to announce that global pop superstar Ke$ha will kick off the the Loto-Quebec Stage of the 28th edition of the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu during the opening Concert on Saturday, August 13th, at 9 p.m. Faithful to its tradition of welcoming the best national and international artists, the International Balloon Festival will offer its visitors the only opportunity to see this sparkling pop-star in Quebec this summer!
